Nepalese students studying in the dark


People in the Nepal are going with out electricity for up to 12 hours a day—due to daily power cuts.

Nepal only produces about half its electricity needs mainly from hydropower.

As Rajneesh Bhandari from Kathmandu reports in winter when there is not enough water there is no enough power to go around.
